International Tax Domestic and foreign clients regularly retain Estoup Lawyers & Accountants to minimize tax on their cross-border transactions and operations. In addition, we advise business entities that participate in commercial ventures with tax-exempt organizations as editors in Argentina or imunes as in Brazil. Our tax-exempt organizations practice provides a full range of services for non-profit organizations. We assist clients in establishing and maintaining exempt organizations, including providing advice concerning forming the organization and qualifying for tax-exempt status under Receita Federal and AFIP procedures, and state requirements where applicable.
Tax Litigation Our team includes experienced litigators who have served as Federal Courts Judges and appellate attorneys, and ex -Treasury and AFIP officials. We combine trial-tested litigation skills with up-to-date substantive tax experience. This combination enables us to take on the most challenging cases and achieve outstanding results for our clients.
